Biodiesel for its environment-friendly, renewable, with Petro-diesel combustion characteristics of similar properties and caused concern both at home and abroad. This experiment was conducted to select crude oil of Jatropha curcas seed from Panzhihua area by double screw press method. The optimization experimentation were mainly include the preparation condition research of Jatropha curcas seed oil and Jatropha oil biodiesel,and the selection of solid base catalyst.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.In the oil refining process, based on the single-factor experiments, with the response value of the acid value, the Box-Behnken center-united experimental design principles were used to determine the experiments condition and the response surfaces analysis. The results showed that:the optimum parameters of the acid desorption were51℃and74min for the adsorbent temperature and time,the adsorbent dosage was3.8%,under these conditions the theoretical value of Jatropha seeds oleic was0.0501mgKOH/g oil,experimental result was0.0508mgKOH/g oil.2.In this experiment, preparation of solid base catalyst volume impregnation method.Based on the single-factor experiments, with the response value of the rate of glyceric acid conversion, the Box-Behnken center-united experimental design principles were used to determine the experiments condition and the response surfaces analysis.The results showed that:the optimum parameters of the Calcium oxide/y-alumina (CaO/γ-Al2O3)solid base catalyst preparation were854℃and8.1h for the calcination temperature and time,the main carrier of mass ratio was4.5:10,under these conditions the theoretical value of the conversion rate was72.46%,experimental result was72.38%;the optimum parameters of the Calcium oxide-artificial zeolite (CaO-zeolite)solid base catalyst preparation were812℃and7.8h for the calcination temperature and time,the main carrier of mass ratio was4.2:10,under these conditions the theoretical value of the conversion rate was87.30%,experimental result was86.72%;the optimum parameters of the Calcium oxide-two zirconia (CaO-ZrO2) solid base catalyst preparation were848℃and8.3h for the calcination temperature and time,the main carrier of mass ratio was4.5:10,under these conditions the theoretical value of the conversion rate was69.14%,experimental result was68.36%.3.Through the optimum process parameters compared with three kinds of catalyst and their optimum conditions of conversion rate,know that:in the three kinds of catalysts,CaO synthetic zeolite catalyst preparation of jatropha biodiesel has the highest activity and high catalytic effect.4.Preparation of biodiesel oil of Jatropha curcas by ester exchange method,based on the single-factor experiments, with the response value of the conversion rate, the Box-Behnken center-united experimental design principles were used to determine the experiments condition and the response surfaces analysis. The results showed that:the optimum parameters were2.9h and56℃for the reaction temperature and temperature,the ratio of methanol to oil was9.4:1,the catalytic amount was3.28%,under these conditions the theoretical value of the conversion rate was89.82%,experimental result was89.02%.
