Study On The Automatic Control Scheme Of Corn-soaking Prosess In Starch Production Line

With the continuous development of corn deep processing industry, the nationalcorn starch processing capacity has increased year by year, corn starch production linealso gradually change the extensive mode of production, method of measuring instru-ment, advanced actuators and control gradually applied in corn starch production line.But the overall level of automation of corn starch production line, is much lower thanother industries, most in the primary level instrument display, manual operation. Espe-cially maize soaking process, now all use manual methods, including granular materialtransport, water and soaking liquid delivery, soaking temperature control, so the ad-vanced automatic control technology is applied to the process of corn starch processingis an inevitable trend.This topic main research process automatic control method for corn starch pro-duction line. The main content of the thesis mainly includes: the first part, in-depthstudy to immerse to corn starch processing production line process, operation status ofcorn soaking process and conditions were analyzed from different angles, this papercompare the corn soaking process technological achievements which have been ob-tained, and describes the research significance and methods of this project. The sec-ond part described the system and control technology of corn soaking process, for thefollow-up control scheme of conditions to determine the control objectives. The thirdpart, through combing the process operation rules on corn soaking process, the com-plicated operation process, standardization, the overall scheme of automatic controldesign of corn soaking process, components of the control system functions, designprinciples, system. The fourth part, according to the demand of corn soaking processand process conditions, complete the level meter, temperature sensor, flow switch, ra-dar level meter, automatic control valve selection, installation design. The fifth part,the hardware of control system design and software programming of Shenhuo,achieved the automatic control of corn starch process operation.The aim of the paper is through the process of corn soaking process requirements,operating procedures and work environment analysis, to complete the measurementequipment, control system hardware configuration, control program and hu-man-machine interface settings, so as to realize the automatic control of corn steepingprocess.
