| With the aging of intelligent control technology, automatic control system has beenincreasingly used in the agricultural production. Welding technology is one of the mostimportant production technology in the process of agricultural machinery manufacturing, whichhas a significant difference on the quality of the final product.Manual welding is inefficient,unstable and often needs to rework. Moreover, polishing process is often added to make sure agood appearance, which leads to a bad influence on the efficiency and quality. Therefore, thesignificance of this project:To design an automatic welding machine for welding arbor insteadof manual welding.The automatic welding machine for arbor designed in this paper is mainly designed forChangchun GREAT Agricultural Equipment Technology Co., Ltd to meet the specialized needsof product quality. Beating arbor is one of the core components of beater, which bears complexalternating overloading during operation. Whereas, the magazines show a double helix cuttershaft distribution on the arbor, which needs both quality and good appearance. Automaticwelding machine has overcome the low efficiency, large deformation and poor aesthetics ofmanual welding, and has improved production efficiency and product quality of beating arbor.The design of this automatic welding machine adopts CNC control and PLC controlsystems, Nanjing earth’s two-axis CNC control system is given priority to the electrical systemof the whole machine’s automatic control system; Plus PLC program control usingelectromagnetic valve pneumatic components, linear guides, sensors, limit switches, etc. madethe magazine’s pressing and unloading device. The use of servo motor, servo planetary reducer,synchronous beating knife drive shaft rotates to bring the magazine to achieve precisepositioning of the radial. The use of servo motor, servo planetary reducer, precision ball screw,Y-axis drive system consisting of linear guides automatically pinpoint the axial position of themagazine. By running the welding procedures, CNC controlled servo system to achieve thetwo-axis positioning double helix magazine distribution and full welding, and optimizedwelding procedures, reduced welding distortion arbor. The prototype has been debugged repeatedly and the machine has been put into productionto achieve the expected requirements. |
