As the deterioration of environment, harmful algae blooms(HABs)more and morefrequently. More and more attention is paid on algaecide, for it is an effective way to control theHABs. The paper researched on the inhibitory effect of several kind materials on Alexadriumtamarense DH01(abb. ATDH01) and Microcystis aeruginosa (abb. FACBH-905). The resultshowed that when deal with ATDH01, the inhibitory rates of Eucalyptus exserta F. V. Muell seed(1.12g/L), Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens(1.00g/L)and1.00g/L three kinds of Melaleucaleucadendra (seed, mature leaves, tree trunk) could reach80%at the end of theexperiment, what’s more, the IR of Melaleuca leucadendra seed and Rhizoma ZingiberisRecens mixture on ATDH01at the concentration of0.32g/L reached99.87%at5h. When dealwith FACHB-905, at the concentration of1.00g/L, the IR of Eucalyptus exserta F. V. Muell seed、Melaleuca leucadendra seed, Melaleuca leucadendra seed and Garlic (Allium sativum)mixture on FACHB-905all below80.00%, while the IR of0.002mol/L acetic acid could reach82.14%at5h. As the concentration of Melaleuca leucadendra seed increased, the relativechlorophyll a contents, the relative activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) andperoxidase (POD) of the two kinds harmful algae fell. The inhibitory effects of theMelaleuca leucadendra seed and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens mixture adsorbed by zeolite aswell as the Acetic acid adsorbed by zeolite were better than the effects of the other way of usingalgaecide (wrapped by gauze or immobilized by sodium alginate): the IR were higher and theeffective speeds were faster, the IR of Melaleuca leucadendra seed and Rhizoma ZingiberisRecens mixture on ATDH01at the concentration of0.32g/L reached98.90%at3h and the IR of0.002mol/L Acetic acid on FACHB-905reached96.42%at3h when the two algaecides wereadsorbed by zeolite. The48hIC50of Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, Melaleuca leucadendra seed,Eucalyptus exserta F. V. Muell seed, Melaleuca leucadendra seed and Rhizoma ZingiberisRecens mixture on A. parthenogenetica were1.57g/L,2.35g/L,2.03g/L,1.07g/L, respectively;the96hIC50of Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, Melaleuca leucadendra seed, Eucalyptus exserta F.V. Muell seed on Brachionus plicatilis were0.92g/L,0.31g/L,1.44g/L, respectively. TheMelaleuca leucadendra seed and Rhizoma zingiberis Recens mixted algaecide had little effecton Platymonas helgolandica var. tsingtaoensis, marine Chlorella pyrenoidesa, Tilapia niloticaand L.vannamei juveniles at the effective inhibit concentration (0.32g/L); the Aceticacid algaecide had no bad effect on Chlorela vulagris of freshwater, but the mortality of it on theTilapia was30%at48h. Melaleuca leucadendra seed, Eucalyptus exserta F. V. Muell seed andthe mixture of Melaleuca leucadendra seed with Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens had certaininfluence on the structure of marine microbial community but the effect were not significant andthey didn’t make the diversity index declination continuously, while the Acetic acid also hadlittle influence on the structure of freshwater microbial community but it could make thediversity index declination continuously.
