V from vanadium containing shale is an important way to obtain vanadium products inChina, and is an important aspect of comprehensive utilization of resources. V extraction fromvanadium containing shale is an important aspect. Leaching rate directly determines the rate ofvanadium. Stirring leaching tank and fluidization leaching equipment are widely used. This is onthe basis of previous studies, Through Stirring leaching tank and fluidization leaching equipmentin multiphase flow simulation, Analyzes the flow influence to vanadium leaching rate andequipment erosion. The main research contents and results were as follows:When rotational speed is200r/min,300r/min,500r/min and600r/min, the liquid-solidratio were0.8:1,1:1,1.2:1,1.5:1, the liquid-solid two phase flow field inside Stirring leachingtank are simulated, Analyzes the flow of vanadium leaching rate and equipment erosion. Theresults show that:The slurry flow velocity increases with the rotational speed, the bigger thestirring speed, the more conducive to vanadium leaching.When the rotation speed must, slurryflow velocity increases with the increase of the solid liquid ratio, the interface between the solidand liquid phase reactions. Experimental results show that the leaching rate with the increase ofliquid-solid ratio, because of the slurry flow velocity increases, the vanadium leaching rateincreased.By comparing the experimental data and the simulation data, illustrates that Simulatethe real reaction erosion. In this paper, the liquid-solid two-phase flow field simulation resultsand erosion calculation are feasible.Convection with the fluidization leaching equipment liquid-solid two-phase, gas liquid solidthree phase flow field is simulated, and the leaching rate of vanadium results obtained byexperimental analysis.When the mass flow rate is1kg/s, leaching water flow were1.5kg/s,2kg/s,2.5kg/s,3kg/s, the preliminary simulated leaching liquid and solid two-phase flow in thevessel. The particle velocity and the acid velocity is bigger, particle trajectory is also slightlyincreased. The experimental of leaching rate result show that, Leaching rate increases with theincrease of liquid-solid ratio; Water is the most suitable temperature is90temperature.Undergas liquid solid three phase flow simulation, Display that gas can provide a certain amount ofshearing force and heat. Meet the requirements of leaching.
