The application field of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) analysistechniques was more wide, but some sample system was more complicated and Backgroundinterference was more serious or the properties and structure of the samples were similar, ifwe used the traditional quantitative method for analysis, I thought that was difficult to getsatisfactory results. If we reasonably resolved the complex background interferences andoverlapping chromatographic peaks to use the chemometrics second-order calibrationalgorithm, to apply "second-order advantage" of second-order calibration methods toextracting useful qualitative and quantitative data from the test data, to avoid the impact ofbackground interferences, we can gain satisfactory analysis results. Successfully solved theHPLC system to emerge cockamamie pretreatment and spectrogram serious overlap andanalyzing time too long from the complex sample analysis process, chemometricssecond-order algorithm has greatly improved the performance liquid chromatographyanalysis, all those above will help us to achieve the goal of using mathematical separation toimprove and enhance the chemical separation.In chapter1Briefly introduced the technical development process ofchromatographic technology, including applied field,detective range and technical feature, etc.Introduced the applied and evolutionary research of chemometrics two dimensional andthree-dimensional data by the aspects of HPLC coupled technology. Mainly described thethree linear data analitical method and application of HPLC-DAD, elaborated researchpurpose, significance and main research content of this paper.In chapter2Three carbamate pesticides of the complex water were analysed byHPLC-DAD, optimized the testing process, simplified sample preparation procedures of theconventional complex system by chemometrics alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD)algorithm. This test verified that alternating trilinear algorithm combined with HPLC methodcan be used to accurately analyse three carbamate pesticides: Tsumacide, Carbaryl andIsoprocarb in the complex water. The method may reduce the test time, consumption oforganic solvent, the healthful harm of workers and quadratic pollution, it made "greenanalysis" be possible. In chapter3HPLC-DAD was used to analyse five phenols of the river and soil samplesof river bank, chromatographic conditions and test process were optimized with ATLDalgorithm, to simplify the process of sample preparation, significantly to shorten the runningtime of sample program, the three linear data of water and soil was analysed by ATLDalgorithm, The predicted results can satisfy the requirements of environmental analysis well,the experiment achieved the goal that the five kinds of organic phenols of water and soil wereanalysed rapidly and effectively. This paper provided scientific basis for rapid and simpleanalysis of organic phenols of complex system.In chapter4The self weighted alternating trilinear decomposition(SWATLD)algorithm optimized the experimental condition that HPLC analysed the Jatrorrhizinehydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in the complex system,three-dimensional data of cortex phellodendri, chinese patent medicine--Er Miaowan andanimal blood that was got by HPLC-DAD were analysed by SWATLD, this way may avoidthe complicated background interferences of three sample systems and obtained betterpredctied results of the determinand of three systems. This research may provide an new andavailable way for the component analysis of traditional chinese medicine(TCM).
