| This subject was studied on granularity distribution and granularity quality,which wasgrinded by break system with different break release using six durum wheat,such asZhengmai366, of Zhengmai7698, Jimai17, Jimai20, Wesfarmers979and Wara excellent9415. choosing a group of the optimum break release combination,that can made the wheatmilling process reasonable and the quality of wheat flour is good, through the analysis of theexperimental results, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the products grinding by different1B break releaseprogram,we can see that: the granularity of20w/36w materials proportion is larger,thegranularity of a material proportion of36w/54GG,54GG/7xx is reduced in turn,and thegranularity of7xx/9xx,9xx/12xx and12xx/-the proportion of the material followed by aslight increase. Through comparative analysis, all wheat products testing, the granularitydistribution showed this law.(2) Through the analysis of the products grinding by different2B break releaseprogram,we can see that: the granularityof20w/36w materials proportion is larger,thegranularity of a material proportion of36w/54GG,54GG/7xx is reduced in turn,and thegranularity of7xx/9xx,9xx/12xx and12xx/-the proportion of the material followed by aslight increase. Through comparative analysis, allwheat products testing, the granularity distribution showed this law.(4) Through the analysis of the products grinding by different1B break releaseprogram, the ash content of the products operating in program1:1B10%,2B44.4%(of theRoad),3B60%(of the Road) and program3:1B20%,2B50%(of the Road),3B50%(of theRoad) is low.(5) Through the analysis of the products grinding by different2B break release program,the ash content of the products operating in program5:1B30%,2B57.1%(of the Road), 3B33.3%(of the Road) is higher, the ash content is low in program1:1B10%,2B44.4%(ofthe Road),3B60%(of the Road)and program3:1B20%,2B50%(of the Road),3B50%(of theRoad) is low.(6) Through the analysis of the products grinding by different3B break release program,the ash content of the granularity-/20w and20w/36w is higher, the ash content of otherproducts operating in program5:1B30%,2B57.1%(of the Road),3B33.3%(of the Road)ishigher,the ash content is low in program1:1B10%,2B44.4%(of the Road),3B60%(of theRoad)and program3:1B20%,2B50%(of the Road),3B50%(of the Road).In summary: alternatives program3:1B20%,2B50%(of the Road),3B50%(of theRoad) operation, which has higher coarse meal out rate and lower ash content, as theoptimized program to process design, the design is on the basis of the this stripping scrapingrate of300tons of wheat milling process, based on experience, reducing thebreak release of3B, the system is set to5B7M2S2T, three bran.
