In ceme nt production industria l, clinker partic le will reunite and paste the millwhen grinded for a lo ng time. This kind of pheno meno n can obvious ly decreasegrind ing effic ienc y, increase the energy cost and fina lly increase the cost ofproductio n. Researches showed that the application o f cement grind ing a ids could notonly increase grind ing effic iency, but a lso decrease energy cost by improving theproperties of cement and reducing the content of clinker in cement.TEA and TIPA are very common grinding aids in cement ind ustry, researches onthese two kinds of grind ing aids have been carried out for ma ny years, but research onthe compound of the m is still scarce. This thes is firstly researched the influence ofTEA and TIPA on the grind ing kinetics of ceme nt, then carried out experime nt toresearch the influence of TEA and TIPA on the hydration and properties of cement, fina lly, researched the influence of compound of this two kinds of grinding aids on thehydration and properties of cement. The conclusions of the thesis are listed below:TEA and TIPA can obvious ly improve the specific surface area and partic le sizedistribution of ceme nt. They can increase the specific surface area and the content ofparticles between3~32μm which determine the strength development of cement.Low dosage of TEA can increase the early strength o f cement, while high dosageof TEA will be bad for the early strength. For examp le, when the dosage of TEA was0.06%, the content of CH decreased which mea nt that the amount of hydrated C3Sdecreased.TIPA will not obvious ly influence the early strength of ceme nt, but can markedlyincrease the late strength. Each dosage of TIPA can increase the strength for3d,7d,28d. In this thes is, TIPA with dosage of0.04%he lped to increase the strength ofcement for28d for12.7%.The effect of compound of T EA and TIPA to ceme nt is equiva lent to thesuperpositio n of the effect of the two mono mers grinding aids, the compound will notobviously change the hydration product and hydration process.
