Corrosion of metallic materials brought great losses to the industrial production.In orderto reduce the loss, usually use the chromate treatment of galvanized steel surface to solve theproblem. Chromate is a carcinogenic environmental unfriendly substances, so it is necessaryto research an environmentally friendly metal surface corrosion method.Zeolite has non-toxic, pollution-free, resistant to chemical corrosion and erosion resistantbiological characteristics.if make zeolite film crystallization in the metal surface,it will playan isolated anti-corrosion effect.SOD as a kind of zeolite, its aperture is only0.255nm, thereis little substance can through, therefore, to carry out research on the metal surface hassignificance.The synthesis of zeolite membranes commonly use hydrothermal method, thefilm-forming of the crystallization in the autoclave, the crystallization temperature is higher,longer, and the equipment requirements are also higher. But the synthesis of zeolitemembrane in the microwave heating conditions with low crystallization temperature andcrystallization time, the film is thin coupled with the ionic liquid has a low melting point, theliquid-way width, non-toxic, tasteless and good absorption of microwave, so we use ionicliquids as a solvent-templating agent under microwave heating at atmospheric pressure opensystem synthesis SOD film in the metal surface.We use XRD and SEM analysis time,temperature, microwave power, the Si/Al and ionic liquid (IL) influence to SOD powders andfilms, and investigated the corrosion resistance of the synthetic membrane, Finally, we makethe conclusions:1. The first time use microwave ionic thermal synthesis sodalite of an average diameterabout20nm. This method compared to conventional heating, the ionic liquids reduce theamount of20%, the crystallization time reduce90%, not only reduce costs, improveefficiency, but also the crystallization of nanoscale sodalite powder.2. through research IL/H2O, the crystallization time, Si/Al, temperature and microwaveheating power and other factors make sure the best conditions for the synthesis ofnano-sodalite: often pressure,600W power microwave heating, the crystallization temperatureis70℃, the crystallization time is90min, the Si/Al=2, IL/H2O≥1.8. 3. The first time using microwave-assisted ion thermal synthesis sodalite zeolite membrane.Obtained the relationship between the synthesis conditions and the synthetic sodalitemembrane:(1) substrate coated with seed make the sodalite membrane is more dense, and caneffectively reduce the synthesis time;(2) when the synthesis time is increasing, the thicknessof the film increase fast;(3) synthetic sodalite film on the metal substrate is not strictly,Iron,steel and copper surfaces were synthesized uniform, dense sodalite membrane;(4)The Si/Al isabout1to2.5synthetic best.(5) in the metal substrate surface synthetic sodalite zeolitemembrane has a good anti-corrosion effect.
