The uncertainty of measurement is the characteristic indexes of quantitative evaluation of measuring system and important to the quality. Due to close contact with each other all over the world, which requires measurement data are comparative and to have a uniform criterion for denominating the quality of results. At the same time, ISO/IEC17025and HJ/T168also require to evaluate measurement uneertainty. It can provide the effective reference.The uncertainty of measurement is an important scale, which makes up the defect of parameters,such as accuracy and error. So it is important to study the measurement uncertainty in theory and valuable in application. The aim of this thesis is resolving problems bright in the proeess of chemical analysis,and helping for and offering some guides to the evaluation of measurement uneertainty in chemical laboratory.The thesis studied the measurement uncertainty theory and application in detection of industrial waste drainage,which based on the 《Guide to the expression of uncertainty in Measurement》and the criteria document JJF-1059.The main contents as follows:Determination of OC of potassium permanganate index method to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement repeatability,the burette,pipette,the measurement results of standard solution concentration,the influence of uncertainty analysis and quantitative measure,obtained results of determination of permanganate index in water expanded uncertainty.Through the analysis of determination of ammonia water process of Nessler’s reagent colorimetric method, and make evaluation of uncertainty in measurement, several important factors that affect the determination result.Determination of copper content measurement by atomic absorption method for uncertainty evaluation, explore how to instrument measurement uncertainty evaluation;On the measurement of suspended solids in water weight measurement uncertainty evaluation, mainly discusses the gravimetric method, how to evaluate the various components,and determination of iron content for uncertainty evaluation.Through the evaluation of above,it finds the main factor uncertainty components. And in different test conditions,the main uncertain influence factor of component may be different.
