Oxidoreductase is the general term of the enzymes that catalytic redox reactionbetween the two molecules,it may participate in the degradation of organic,nitrification and denitrification in the wastewater biological treatment process,it isone of the most important enzymes in the biological treatment of sewage,Oxidoreductase has important theoretical significance and practical value for theevaluation and analysis of microbial activity in biological wastewater treatmentsystems, guide and optimize operational control in the biological wastewatertreatment system. In order to further explore the features of different types ofoxidoreductase characterize sludge activity and biochemical reaction mechanism ofsewage treatment system,guide and optimize operational control of the wastewaterbiological system,This article selects catalase (CAT) activity and (INT-ETS)activity as the characteristic evaluation,study on conventional activated sludge andhumic activated sludge in SBR wastewater biological treatment system, through aseries of related tests,study on the relationship between the variation characteristicsof oxidoreductase in the activated sludge system and wastewater biologicaltreatment,different environmental factors and sludge system effect on the sludgeoxidoreductase and mechanism,gray relational analysis between activated sludgeoxidoreductase and environmental factors.The test results show that CAT activity variation in the SBR processing systemis broadly the same under different temperature conditions,when the temperature isbelow10℃,CAT activity at a low level in the activated sludge system,as thetemperature of the system increased,the activated sludge CAT activity graduallyincreased, and the sooner the feature points of CAT activity on the curveappeared,the higher the removal efficiency of NH4+-N and TN in the SBR processing system were;C/N value of the SBR processing system was less affectedon the CAT activity of activated sludge, in different influent C/N valueconditions,the variation of CAT activity is consistent,just shorten the systemnitration and denitrification reaction time,improve the system on removal ofpollutants;in different MLSS conditions,CAT activity variation is substantiallythe same, with the increase of MLSS, the activated sludge CAT activityincreased,the reaction time of degradation of organic matter,nitrification anddenitrification was decreased;activated sludge CAT activity and TP removal haslittle to do,the higher the activated sludge CAT activity does not mean that higherTP removal,for the purpose of this test,the system operating temperature is25℃,influent C/N value is10,the MLSS concentration is6000mg/L,theactivity of sludge is highest.The comparison test of the SBR system CAT activity and INT-ETS activityresults show that the variation of CAT activity and INT-ETS activity are quitedifferent in the conventional activated sludge,but the feature points appear on bothof the curve,and CAT activity and INT-ETS activity showed a significant positivecorrelation;Similarly,the changing rules of the CAT activity and INT-ETSactivity in the humus activated sludge have a bigger difference,feature pointsappear on both of the changing curves,and the CAT activity and INT-ETS activitywere significantly positive correlation. In the same reaction time,the CAT activityof conventional activated sludge is higher than the CAT activity of humic activatedsludge in SBR treatment system,the INT-ETS activity is relatively low,featurepoints of CAT activity and INT-ETS activity on the curve was relatively late,CATactivity and INT-ETS activity of activated sludge characterized enzymes aredifferent,but are closely related to the process of biochemical reactions in thesewage treatment process;CAT/INT-ETS ratio variation of conventional activated sludge and humic activated sludge in SBR treatment system is substantially thesame,and all have the feature points on the curve. The fluctuation range ofCAT/INT-ETS ratio in the Humic activated sludge is less than CAT/INT-ETS ratioin the conventional activated sludge, the extracellular metabolism of humicactivated sludge system is relatively stable,contribute to the efficiency of theprocess operation.The gray correlation analysis of CAT activity, INT-ETS activity andtemperature, C/N, MLSS, COD, NH4+-N, TN, TP in the SBR systemactivated sludge results showed that the main factors affecting of CAT activity weretemperature,MLSS,TN,which temperature has the largest correlation degree;the main factors affecting of the INT-ETS activity were TN and TP,TN is largercorrelation.
