Mine safety training based on visual platform plays more and more important role in modern mines. In the mine underground escape training platform,it needs to combine mine’s operating environment with disaster’s trend to determine miners’best escape path and the optimal rescue solution. Due to the complex and dynamic features of mine disaster environment, it’s necessary to establish a quantifiable indicator to provide the basis for the escape and rescue of the underground mine disaster.Miners escaping from a mine disaster suffer from many harmful factors. Most current research of escape and rescue in mine disasters consider various harmful factors individually. This paper proposes the concept of health degree of escaping miners, and analyzes all environmental factors that affecting miner’s health synthetically. It provides a quantifiable basis for decision making in the mine disaster’s escape and rescue. The main work of this paper is as follows:1) Analyze the factors that affecting health degree in different mine disasters and the numerical simulation methods of these factors, and simplify the numerical model of disaster factors according to the needs of mine underground escape and rescue training platform.2) Analyze the effect of each harmful factor to miner’s health, build a model to evaluate all factors’influence on escaping miners based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach, and then propose a dynamic health degree evaluation method of miners escaping from a mine fire.3) Realize the numerical simulation of disaster factors and build a health evaluation model and a prototype system. Then taking Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine as an example, simulate a fire disaster in the mine underground escape and rescue training platform, and illustrate the application of the health degree evaluation.Experiments show that miner’s health degree can evaluate miner’s physical state in complex disaster environment synthetically, and it can be easily applied to the mine escape and rescue training platform, to guide the decision-making of escape path in the underground disasters.
