Internal circulation anaerobic reactor IC process is a proprietary technology developed byHolland PAQUES company in mid80’s, the domestic research in this area began in the late90’s. IC anaerobic reactor is the anaerobic reaction technology which developed rapidly inrecent years, its core technology is to enhance the role of the use of biogas reactor formedwithin the cycle, at the same time to improve the utilization efficiency of enhancing masstransfer matrix. Because of it high volumetric loading rate, respected and widely used in thetreatment of high concentration organic wastewater. At present, IC anaerobic reactor intreatment of papermaking, beer, citric acid industry in China has a engineering example, butin large nucleoside fermentation wastewater treatment have not been reported, this study hastheoretical and practical value.In this paper, based on analyzing the structure, IC anaerobic reactor working principle,design of the laboratory, field test have the basic operation data, determine the IC anaerobicreactor for treatment by double enzyme in sugar as raw materials for bio fermentation of highconcentration organic wastewater nucleotide fermentation. To further determine the largescale IC reactor influence factors and operation factors, so as to optimize the IC anaerobicreactor treating high concentration of nucleoside fermentation wastewater parameters, processscheme for the selected IC anaerobic reactor used in high concentrations of nucleosidefermentation wastewater. Through in-depth study of IC anaerobic reactor operation andoperation factors, can be stable and efficient treatment of high concentration of nucleosidefermentation wastewater provides the basis for the IC anaerobic reactor. Based on the analysisof the data and running effect of IC anaerobic reactor of anaerobic granular sludge, verify thefeasibility of IC anaerobic reactor treating high concentration of nucleoside fermentationwastewater, IC anaerobic reactor in the design, debugging, practical control process controland the key parameters of the good experience, provide a useful reference for biologicaltreatment of high concentration organic wastewater in other industries.
