Choose thanks a deep region (660-1200meters) coal as the research object, analyzes the coal quality characteristics, summed up the coal quality variation, supplement improve the coal quality database, drawing for the deep distribution of coal. Observation and analysis of characteristics of coal and rock; Single coal vitrinite reflectance, infrared experiment of single coal, determine the types of organic functional groups; Single coal thermal analysis experiment, analysis of single coal pyrolysis regularity; Single coal coking test and determination of coke quality. Final design orthogonal experiment, with coal and rock indicators to guide coal blending coking coal blending scheme for experiment, the analysis of the coke quality, summarizes the relationship between coke quality indicators, and analyze the microcosmic structure of coke, determine the optimum matching scheme.1. Through the infrared spectrum analysis can thank a mine deep coking coal as:fatty hydrocarbon and oxygen-containing functional groups are mainly hydroxyl group, phenolic hydroxyl and ether oxygen radicals, methylene-CH2and sulfur ether as a key bridge, such as benzene, naphthalene ring as the main structure of the macromolecular structure model.4. Comprehensive various influence factors, in order to deep the optimal coal blending coking scheme is mainly coking coal, mass ratio, gas coal,1/3coking coal, fat coal, coking coal is15:35:10:40. The mixed coal vitrinite maximum reflectivity was1.2on average.
