This paper based on the analysis of a lot references,project practices, field measurement, and at the same time using computer numerical simulation and mechanics theory analysis method together to study the confined water mining.First, establish the confined water mining FLAC3D fluid-structure coupling numerical simulation model, then use the FISH language to express the relationship between the permeability coefficient and the rock stress,make the permeability coefficient as a dynamic variable which make the numerical more like the project practices.Determine the corresponding boundary conditions. Then discuss the work step the propulsion, to express how those effect such as water pressure, water-resisting layer thickness, confining bed rock combination, working face length to effect the water-resisting layer’s internal stress, displacement distribution, floor failure characteristics and confined water guide the influence of the height of lifting. Second, establish confined water coal mining’s thick plate mechanical model,analysis the water-resisting layer’s deflection and inner stress, and at the same time use the Mohr coulomb theory to judge if water-resisting layer was not enough to resist confined water. For prove the reasonable of the numerical simulation and mechanical model,we make a example of the1028workface of Suntuan coal mine of Huaibei mining company.The results prove that the numerical simulation and mechanical model were reasonable.
