With the deep development of Daizhuang coal mine,floor water disaster has become one of the important technical problems that perplex Daizhuang coal mine.According to the drilling data of the mine,the distance between the 16 coal seam floor and the 13 ash and Ordovician ash aquifers is 15.6?30.7 m and 39.6?57.5 m respectively.The water inrush coefficient of 13 ash to 16 coal floor is generally more than 0.10 MPA/m,and that of Ordovician ash is generally about 0.10 MPA/m,which is higher than the national regulation of water inrush coefficient less than 0.10 MPA/m for coal mining above confined water.Therefore,based on 11607 paste filling fully mechanized mining face,this paper explores the floor failure characteristics of paste filling mining above confined water.On the basis of paste filling related technical theory,combined with elastic-plastic mechanical formula,the mechanical model of paste filling working face floor is established,the relevant calculation formula is established,and the maximum depth and range of floor failure are solved;Through FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the influence of filling step and filling body strength on coal seam mining is explored,and the variation laws of surrounding rock stress,floor vertical displacement and plastic zone under different parameters are analyzed;The floor failure depth of 11607 filling working face under actual engineering conditions is obtained by drilling water injection experiment.The final results show that compared with the traditional caving mining method,the paste filling mining method can effectively reduce the floor damage depth and ensure the safety production above the confined water.The research results of this paper provide theoretical support for 11607 paste filling working face,have practical effect on guiding mine safety production,and also provide reference for mines with similar geological conditions,which is conducive to promoting the development of paste filling mining,a green and safe mining technology.This paper has 30 pictures,9 tables and 95 references...
