With the rapid development of chemical industry, many industrial park built alot of large-scale storage tank area and warehouse, the warehouse storage tankdistrict and placed a huge toxic, hazardous, flammable, explosive hazardouschemicals, many of which are major risk sources, however the present our countrycity to major hazard safety management exists many defects, the liquid ammonialeakage diffusion accidents occur frequently and is a greater risk of an accident forms,ammonia leakage diffusion process is very complex, mixed with other gases may beformed after heavy gas, due to gas density in the air, so the air often along the ground,diffusion, discharge of material into the human body will cause poisoning accidents,if the discharge material is ignited or detonation will cause a mass of burningexplosion accident.The station is easy to occur in liquid ammonia in ammonia leakage explosion,liquid ammonia leak, a short period of time may cause serious consequences. So thesimulation of liquid ammonia leakage accidents of gas leakage, ensure the safety ofpersonnel, it is of very important significance. Although normally liquid ammoniastation within the leakage is very small, but once the device and connection partsdamaged, it is possible to a gaseous ammonia escape, it and the surroundingenvironment air mixture may form explosive dangerous environment; if it is a liquidat room temperature and atmospheric pressure to escape, it will soon be convertedinto gaseous ammonia, and mixed with the ambient air to form explosiveenvironment. At the same time due to ammonia gas is lighter than air, large escapeeasily in room at the top of the accumulation, so in order to ensure the safety ofproduction and human point of view, select a reasonable ventilation mode is veryimportant.Liquid ammonia station ventilation situation directly influence the gas leakageand diffusion of the actual situation, in order to study the effect of liquid ammonia station ventilation safety problem, this paper first by FLUENT software establishedstation ventilation system physical model, were analysis using three differentventilation modes, the station inner leakage ammonia concentration field andvelocity field distribution characteristics, reach concentration time change, throughanalysis to choose the suitable exhaust system and supply and exha ust outlet settingsprovide basis; and then through the simulation analysis of liquid ammonia station ofobstacles, the vent effect number setting and equipment layout and puts forward thecountermeasures suggested, the result of research can provide specific designpersonnel to provide the corresponding theory based on the comparative analysis ofliquid ammonia; finally in building and building two different leakage generatedunder the conditions of different conditions, the amount of deviation, which canprovide theoretical basis for the corresponding standard.Through these aspects of the simulation analysis we can know, liquid ammoniastation ventilation on ammonia leak diffusion greatly, and in case of a fire orexplosion accident, consequence is very serious, therefore, the toxic flammable gastank accident influence research on enterprise safety production and emergencyrescue in accidents under the condition of a certain significance, the researchconclusion of the paper is to solve the pollution accident treatment and importantbasis, from environmental protection and industry security angle has a realisticsignificance.
