Ammonia is being vigorously promoted as a refrigerant, used in the refrigeration industry to replace CFC which harmful to atmosphere. Researchers began to pay increasing attention to the ammonia related accident which cause lost to life and property. Due to ammonia characteristics: flammable, explosive, toxic, and in the performance of the gas under normal temperature and pressure, The researchers have done a lot of leakage and diffusion in the liquid ammonia, refrigeration system security, and a large number of literature on leakage factors no matter domestic but international, the state changes of leakage, the state changes of proliferation, to simulate the blast effects of diffusion concentration Distribution, but had little attention to the station house's role in the ammonia leak.This Paper, based on the existing research of container leak of liquid ammonia from the ammonia storage tank leaks and resulting in leakage of reasons to the factors that affect the leak, to the diffusion model, conducted a systematic analysis of the factors that ammonia leak from one border to the second border.This paper uses the Bernoulli equation to calculate the speed and the leakage of liquid ammonia leak. And MATLAB simulation is used to the mechanical ventilation as the proliferation of state of ammonia leaks. And compared the simulated objects"the proliferation of outdoor storage tank of liquid ammonia leak changing state", and in order to obtain the concentration of ammonia and other plans. More over this paper using tabular form to compared the diffusion depth and impact area of ammonia storage tank leakage. The results of the paper not only can serve as a reference for the selection of business site, plant graphic design, evacuation, emergency rescue, etc. but also for the decision making of the design which set the location of ammonia storage tank.This paper described the influence and countermeasures of liquid ammonia leak: using safety system engineering fault tree to analysis the casualties which due to the ammonia leak and the reasons which causes damage to equipment and facilities. The paper uses Machine Safety Engineering-"man, machine and environment"and management as the main context of discussion. Analysis the influence of liquid ammonia leaked inside and outside of station and the measures to be taken. The results of this paper provide a comprehension, and systematic theory for enterprise operation, and to add the lack of countermeasures of national standards partially.From the causes and factors of ammonia leak and the simulation of leak diffusion, to the environmental impact of liquid ammonia leak and to the put forward countermeasures. This paper divided the boundary conditions of ammonia refrigeration station house into two- boundary conditions, a boundary is the station house, and the second boundary is the atmospheric environment. The paper makes an analysis to the advantages of the situation that increasing a border of specific control to liquid ammonia leak. After a comprehensive research, Enterprises and government can reach the goal that zero loss of life and asset in an ammonia leak accident if they in accordance with the proposed by the paper that to increase protective measures in the station room.
