Shanghai has a higher level eutrophication of water bodies, and the phenomenon of blooms occured frequently.In order to reduce the harm caused by algal blooms, establishing and improving the monitoring and early warning mechanisms are very necessary. We use the flow cytometry of phytoplankton to study the fast distinction of Microcystis aeruginosa and other twelve kinds of common algae, and won the distinction parameters of common algaes and corresponding ranges, and at last realized the rapid detection and differentiation of several common algaes in freshwater basicly.The main findings and conclusions:(1)The experiment proved that when the instrument trigger is set to33mV, the removal of noise signal of the instrument itself is about95%.(2)FL Red Average is an important parameter to distinguish between inorganic particles、 organic debris and other impurities signal and algal cell signal, recommend to consider the FL Red Average≤100mV signal as an impurity signal, in addition is the valid signal of algal cells.(3)By examining the90%of detection rate, select the five parameters of Microcystis aeruginosa:FL Red Average, SWS Average, FL Orange Average, FL Yellow Average and FL Red Average, the range was142.33to482.07mV,94.00to499.40mV,0.55to1.51mV,0.53to1.27mV,3.30to10.20mV.(4)By the five parameters which is filtered out, we realize the recognition between Microcystis aeruginosa and other12kinds of common algae successfully.(5) Taking the samples of actual mix of several purebred lab-grown algae, and using the filtered out parameters and their range of characteristics to realize the rapid detection and differentiation, the results showed that the ratio of about90%.(6)Develop the appropriate data analysis systems and to make the research methods of this subject can be achieved friendly use.(7)Take the actual water in the wild for rapid identification and recognition, the ratio is about60%.
