But with the development of drilling engineering technology, tools, equipment and testing instrument technology, the drilling parameters optimization technology brings new research topics. At the same time, and drilling parameters optimization on the basis of discipline and theory also is developing and changing. The drilling engineering itself are closely linked, optimization of the scope of work also need to expand, drilling engineering optimization work content should be widened. With the development of information technology is very fast, many new optimization method appeare constantly, optimization method based on knowledge discovery has its unique advantages.Drilling parameter optimization improve the level of decision analysis.
