Perfume wastewater is a kind of industrial wastewater produced in industrial production of synthetic perfume,The characteristics of perfume wastewater are high COD, complicated composition, high concentration of pollutants.Perfume wastewater is harmful to the environment because it is a kind of organic wastewater and difficult to biochemical treatment.So before the biochemical treatment,the perfume wastewater need to be pretreated to decrease the COD of wastewater and improve its biodegradability.The perfume wastewater of some Dalian perfume factory were chosen as research target in this paper,the perfume wastewater should be pretreated by iron-carbon reduction process,Fenton oxidation process and ozone oxidation prosess respectively.The perfume wastewater was pretreated by the three prosesses and determined the optimum technological parameters through the jar test.The perfume wastewater was pretreated by iron-carbon reduction process,and the analysis results indicate that the optimum technological parameters are using self-made filler,the mass ratio of iron-carbon is4:1,the addition amount of activated carbon is50g/L, aeration treatment, influent pH is3, reaction time is3hours.After the pretreated,the COD of the perfume wastewater is61757mg/L,the removal rate of COD is38.6%.The perfume wastewater was pretreated by Fenton oxidation process,and the analysis results indicate that the optimum technological parameters are the addition amount of hydrogen peroxide is40ml/L,the addition amount of ferrous sulfate is4g/L,the addition times of hydrogen peroxide is3,influent pH is3, reaction time is3hours.After the pretreated,the COD of the perfume wastewater is62047mg/L,the removal rate of COD is30.7%.The perfume wastewater was pretreated by ozone oxidation process,and the analysis results indicate that the optimum technological parameters are influent pH is9, reaction time is2hours.After the pretreated,the COD of the perfume wastewater is69277mg/L,the removal rate of COD is30.7%.The three pretreating processes need to be combined as one combined prosess to pretreat the perfume wastewater,after feasibility analysis four schemes of combined prosess were determined to pretreat the perfume wastewater.The performance of four schemes of combined prosess were tested through jar test, contrast the effluent COD and removal rate of COD of each combined prosess,choose the optimum effect combined prosess.After test analysis,the iron-carbon reduction-Fenton oxidation-ozone oxidation combined prosess has the optimum effect,the effluent COD is18011mg/L and removal rate of COD is82.0%.So the iron-carbon reduction-Fenton oxidation-ozone oxidation combined prosess was determined as the optimum prosess Take this combined prosess for foundation,a set of perfume wastewater pretreating middle testing equipment was designed and assembled.Run the middle testing equipment to pretreat the perfume wastewater,the operation parameters of the middle testing equipment were determined by jar test above. Under stable operation condition,the effluent COD of the middle testing equipment is19366mg/L and the removal rate of COD is80.6%,the removal rate of chromaticity is also qualification. The middle testing results show that the operation parameters and technological process determined by jar test is feasible in practical engineering problems.
