The acquisition of design parameters is an important part of the scheme design of the CNC machine tool. This paper studies multilevel hierarchical requirement model, the machine tool parameters modeling technology, the machine tool parameters scheme optimal design method based on the adaptive genetic algorithms, then develops the corresponding function module.The organizational structure of the paper is as follows:Chapter I described the background and the concept of the customer requirement analysis and the machine tool parameters modeling at home and abroad, pointed out the problems of existing technology, and introduced the organizational structure of this paper in the end.Chapter II described customer requirement analysis method and multilevel hierarchical requirement model. Described the classification and characteristics of the machine customer requirement and used the requirement unit to express the customer requirement. Built the multilevel hierarchical model of the requirement and decompose the customer’s fuzzy and abstract requirements into explicit and concrete requirement units. Gave out the instance of its application in the customer requirement analysis of CNC jig boring machine and verify the feasibility and utility of the proposed theories and methods.Chapter III studied the machine tool parameters modeling technology. Described the Composition of the machine tool parameters model and studied the method to build up this model. Then get the machine tool parameters by using the machine tool parameters model. Took the machine tool parameters design of CNC jig boring machine for example, elaborated the application process of the machine tool parameters model.Chapter IV studied the machine tool parameter scheme optimal design method based on the adaptive genetic algorithms. Studies the cost modeling methods of the machine tool parameters, established the cost mathematical model of CNC machine tools. Summarized the genetic algorithms and proposed a method to solve the machine tool parameter scheme optimal design based on the adaptive genetic algorithms. Gave out the instance of its application in the machine parameters design of CNC jig boring machine and verify the feasibility and utility of the proposed theories and methods.Chapter V developed CNC machine tool customer requirement-design parameters conversion system based on theories and methods presented in this paper. Gave out the instances of its application in CNC machine tool design and verify the feasibility and utility of the proposed theories and methods.Chapter VI summarized all achievements and characteristics of this study, made a prospect of further research work in the end.
