Research Of Machine Tool Fixture Virtual Design Technology Based On Pro/e

Machine tool fixture is very important equipment in process ofmachine manufacturing because it can directly affect the quality ofproducts and productivity and cost, manufacturing corporations haveaccumulated abundant fixture design experiences in the long time ofpractice, and an available and effective method is needed urgentlyto be established by using the valuable knowledge in order to improveMachine tool fixture designing level. In order to satisfy thisrequirement, Machine tool fixture rapid design theory and systemdevelopment methods, based on CAD software: Pro/e, are studied. Themain research contendts and achievements are as follows.1,This dissertation studies deeply the theory and key techniquesof Machine tool fixture element automatic modeling based on pro/e.Machine tool fixture element and component information model isproposed. Machine tool fixture element and component library iscarried out.2,Based on the information model of machine tool fixture elementand component, machine tool fixture object assembly model isestablished, machine tool fixture object assembly rule is proposed, machine tool fixture object assembly tactics according tohierarchyand effective assembly path are introduced, algorithm for rapidlycreating assembly path is built up.3,On the foundation of machine tool fixture instance structureanalysis, machine tool fixture design theory and realization basedon typical instance is proposed. Machine tool fixture searching modeland instance storage tactics are studied deeply. Computer aidedmachine tool fixture rapid design system based on Pro/e is developed.
