Ecotourism is a kind of tourism activities that organically combines ecologicalenvironment protection and economic development. The orientation of ecotourism isto absorb natural and cultural knowledge, and the purpose is to minimize the adverseimpact on the ecological environment and to ensure sustainable utilization oftourism resources. A variety of waste generated by tourism product development andhuman disturbance has a negative impact on vegetation, water, air quality,environmental health and soil. It also disrupts the ecosystem and affects the qualityof tourism environment, especially for some vulnerable ecological area.Xingdeshan is a tourist resort endowed with the spirit of Taoist, humanism andnature. It is a harmonious integration of natural landscape and human landscape.Xingzigong as a key scenic spot built during the Ming Dynasty is an antique Taoisttemple that was listed as the provincial units of cultural relics protection. It hasvarious stone carvings, whose handicraft are exquisite and artistic taste extremelyhigh.Through field investigation of Xingdeshan tourist area, the paper analyzed thelocation, configuration, resource situation and environmental quality of the resortand summarized the existing environmental problems. Prevention and controlmeasures was proposed from water, air, noise, solid waste and natural resources.After deeply researching the situation of water environment and pollution andinvestigating the distribution of water pollution and pipeline construction, thesewage and change regulations of the quality were systemically analyzed andsummarized, and sewage treatment mode that was centralized sewage treatment anddistributed processing in parallel was be determined.The wastewater quality of the tourism resort should attain to the nationalrequirements of the first grade B of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB18918-2002). The main pollutants of Wastewater in Xingdeshan having goodbiodegradability were COD, BOD and SS, and the pollution concentration was nothigh. It manifested that the sewage in Xingdeshan was preferable to be treatedthrough a simple and effectivethe biological way.By analyzing and comparing several characteristics of wastewater treatmentprocess, the paper obtained results that SBR could be used for centralized sewage treatment, and anaerobic fermentation+artificial wetland was suitable for thedecentralized wastewater treatment. SBR (sequencing batch reactor activated sludgeprocess) is regarded as the most simple way in setting up and operation, which hasmature technology and wide range of applications, especially be suitable forwastewater treatment of the scenic spot. Anaerobic fermentation+artificial wetlandtechnology has low infrastructure investment and operating costs. It can beautify theenvironment, but also has some economic value.Through the design of sewagetreatment and the evaluation of the feasibility, the project budget of Centralizedsewage treatment system adopting underground entire treatment technology was237200yuan and sewage treatment costs was0.167yuan/m3, then the project budgetof decentralized wastewater treatment having low operating costs was35100yuan.This paper argued that SBR and anaerobic fermentation+artificial wetlandwere preferable for Xingdeshan.
