Combined with the author’s practical research, this thesis does the research of project practicability by focusing on the technology of Tape-casting and lining-up multilayer substrate on the basis of Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic technology.This thesis summed up the various functions of Tape-Casting:ceramic powder, organic solvent, dispersant, binder, design of plasticizer and embedded capacitor, embedded inductor of LTCC multilayer substrate. The thesis pays emphasis on these aspects:analysis and evaluation on ceramic powder for Tape-Casting during the process of engineering application; stability of ceramic slurry for Tape-Casting; viscosity properties of ceramic slurry for Tape-Casting; thickness uniformity control of ceramic tape; production of LTCC multilayer substrate; test for green ceramic material; performance test for LTCC multilayer substrate; reliability of multilayer substrate. With the help of tables, it briefly introduced the level of engineering productions achieved by research.This research’s product of engineering practicality is close to the product performance of America Dupont. This research is advanced and very practical; it meets the requirement of transfer from laboratory to production. Meanwhile, it has great strategic significance to the localization of crucial raw material of weaponry, thus resolve the embargo risk. |
