5-axis CNC machining center is the linkage of the high-end products. Motionaccuracy is the key for quality evaluation institutions evaluation index. Previous five axis linkage analysis of mechanism motion precision machine tools, often do not considering the randomness of input error caused by evaluation result is not accurate. Aiming at this issue, on the basis of previous studies RRTTT type machine for further research, in order to improve the machining precision and service life provides certain theoretical reference significance.Application of homogeneous coordinate transform, VMC650type is deduced and the five axis machine tool of machining center kinematics model, makes a simple analysis;Using interpolation principle of machining center had three axis linkage and five axis linkage circumstance complex curve path planning.Based on multi-body system, combining with the basic principle RRTTT type5-axis nc machine tools, this paper expounds the linkage of multi-body system topology structure and low-order body arrays, constructs the five axis CNC machine tools; the general kinematics error model;RRTTT type are established five axis CNC machine tool size error model, clearance error model, driver error model and comprehensive error model, and VMC650specific machine-the error analysis of VMC650machining center, respectively, with size error, clearance error, driver error and comprehensive error pointing error analysis and track error analysis.Considering the randomness of input error, and derived the kinematic accuracy of the mechanism model, and gives out the reliability calculation motion reliability calculation method. Using the Monte carlo sampling method combined with Matlab software, VMC650specific machine motion reliability analysis and calculated, machine tool in the x, y, z three coordinates and close direction of output error distribution condition, and verified movement reliability theory solution and simulation of consistency; Quantitative investigation of the input error of machining center the randomness of the influence of motion reliability, it is concluded that general position error reliability as the Angle error and the Angle error of the input error of the mean and decreases in change, and under the same amount of reliability, Angle error more effect. The analysis results of practical engineering application has certain reference value.
