With the development of science and technology,Machinery manufacturing industry is moving toward flexibility,integration,intelligent direction.The machine tool is the core of the mechanical manufacturing industry,it Is used for production machine,the precision of the machine tool itself decides the machining accuracy of the product.Numerical control machine tool is the research object of this article,The mathematical model of the volumetric errors is established,calculate the reliability and reliability sensitivity,finally study the machine reliability optimization.The main productions obtained from this paper are following as:Based on multi-body system and homogeneous matrix,combining with the numerical control machine tools.,nc machine tool volumetric error model is established.Error sensitivity analysis was carried out on the machine by the matrix differential method,to explore the influence of geometrical error for machine tool volumetric error,the results show that z direction volumetric error is more susceptible to the influence of the geometric error.Using polynomial fitting method for single geometric error modeling to reduce the randomness in the process of measurement and calculate the geometric error value of the arbitrary locationBased on the theory of reliability,error of numerical control machine tools in the considered to be subject to fall,using Fosm method to calculate machine tool reliability and the reliability sensitivity.Then Montecarlo method is used to validate the correctness of Fosm method.Based on the machine reliability and reliability sensitivity,combining with the optimization theory,using the MATLAB software,for machine tool reliability optimization.Under the condition of meet the constraint condition,reduce the production cost of machine tool.
