The study on the main plastid pigmentum of K326in the different flue-curing process, the result show that:1. It has the same influence on degradation content of chlorophyll A of the lower leaves with the mid-temperature high humidity flue-curing process. High flavescence temperature is use for chlorophyll A degradation completely. Chlorophyll B content degraded completely by low temperature low humidity and mid-temperature high humidity flue-curing process, and the chlorophyll B residual volume is below0.04mg/g in the end of flue-curing. The carotenoid residual volume is the same in the end of flue-curing by the low temperature low humidity flue-curing process and high temperature high humidity flue-curing process; or by the mid-temperature mid-humidity and high temperature high humidity flue-curing process. The slope of the carotenoid content are the same from the flue-curing72hours to78hours by the four flue-curing processes.2. The lowest chlorophyll A content of the middle flue-cured tobacco leaves is below0.12mg/g by mid-temperature mid-humidity flue-curing process. This flue-curing process is in favour of chlorophyll A degradation relatively. And mid-temperature mid-humidity flue-curing process is not in favour of chlorophyll B degradation. Mid-temperature high humidity flue-curing process is the most beneficial to carotenoid content degradation, and carotenoid content of the dry flue-cured tobacco leaves is below0.23mg/g in the end of flue-curing. Total chlorophyll content is the same in the end of flue-curing by the three flue-curing processes except to low temperature low humidity flue-curing processes, and chlorophyll content is about0.12mg/g.3. Chlorophyll A and B content of the upper leaves showed the rule of increasing by low temperature low humidity, mid-temperature high humidity and mid-temperature mid-humidity, and high temperature high humidity flue-curing process in turn. By the rest of three flue-curing processes chlorophyll B content are close to zero except by high temperature high humidity flue-curing process. Carotenoid content of the upper leaves showed the rule of incerasing by low temperature low humidity and mid-temperature mid-humidity, and mid-temperature high-humidity and high temperature high humidity flue-curing process in turn. All flue-curing processes has the same with the total chlorophyll content in the end of flue-curing.4. By "121" flue-curing process, the radio of the mid-upper tobacco leaves is about86.2%, the minimum purchase mean prices is about37.16yuan per kilogram and total output value is52005.5yuan per hectare more than the output value of the other flue-curing processes in the same year.
