With the development of metallurgy business enterprise, the energy depletion occupied a very big specific weight of cost. Building energy management system (EMS) is Tianjin Iron and Steel Co., ltd rational utilization and keeping balance of energy major technical measures that have an important function in energy consumption and cost reduction for Tianjin Iron and Steel Co., ltd.The contents of this text design and realization mainly includes a few aspects as follows:Firstly, the function demand of EMS, data and business processes to detailed analysis and research for Tianjin Iron and Steel Co., ltd, which have an important instruction function in applying this system realize utility and balance in the future.Secondly, elaborating general structure and network host subsystem of EMS project for Tianjin Iron and Steel Co., ltd respectively. Design the network structure of my company’s EMS and sever platform project. The system’s overall structure design is distributed architecture. The server chooses IBM the x3850M2type PC server, two data sever is dual machine hot backup, realize data processing and storage. On the other hand, set up an application sever, operate system application software platform.Thirdly, this system design use OPC technology and RTU equipment to realize from the PLC and the field instruments in data collecting.Use OPC technology directly read among PLC system in relevant energy of real-time data. Because the control system of Tianjin Iron and Steel Co., ltd is more and more dispersed, it can realize integration of heterogeneous systems through apply in OPC, according to the site conditions adopt various OPC interface programs. This paper integration introduced various data integration methods in detail.Use RTU acquisition energy field instruments of an analog signal, and carry on the configuration, programming needed quantities, achieve the purpose of collecting site energy data. In additional, thoroughly explained RTU program function adopted by EMS of our company.Finally, design and choose Core-EMS software as the system application platform, and sums up the advantages and characteristics of this platform.In this paper elaborate system structure, data collection technology, network and software and hardware platform for further perfecting the system and in-depth research similar system provides the reference.
