Research And Development Of Data Acquisition Software For Cement Enterprises

Cement enterprises in our country have lots of problems such as overcapacity and low production efficiency,which restricts the development of cement enterprises.Cement enterprises can establish a comprehensive analysis of the data of company through the establishment of an information system,so as to formulate relevant management measures,which will help cement enterprises solve related problems.Data acquisition software for cement enterprises provides data support for the information system of cement enterprise,the function and performance of data acquisition software are directly related to the use of the information system.Traditional data acquisition software for cement enterprises has problems such as unstable operation,data leakage and poor inter-task independence,which are related to the single-thread design of their development tools and programs.This project uses development tools and programming languages that are different from traditional data acquisition software for cement enterprises to develop new data acquisition software,collect and integrate data required by cement companies,and adopt multi-threading technology to improve the performance.of softwareThis project has completed the following work with a cement company in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as the specific research object:(1)On the basis of understanding the framework structure of cement enterprise information system and analyzing the functional and performance requirements of cement enterprise data acquisition software,the necessity of applying multithreading technology to cement enterprise data acquisition software is studied.(2)This paper combines the specific cement enterprises,research the production process of cement enterprises,and select the data collection points of enterprise demand.(3)This paper designes the network structure of the data collection of cement enterprises,studied the various parts of the network structure,and conducted in-depth research on the relevant interface technologies of data acquisition.(4)The software framework structure with multi-threading idea is constructed,and the detailed sub-module design and corresponding database design of the software are carried out by using serial communication technology,OPC technology,ADO.NET technology and multi-threading technology.(5)Using.NET as the development platform,using C# language,using Visual Studio and SQL Server as a development tool to develop the cement enterprise data acquisition software.The software has been applied in a cement enterprise in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and has realized the multi-data source collection function required by cement enterprises.Compared to traditional cement enterprise data acquisition software,the software has strong stability,real-time and reliability.
