Today, iron and steel industry has come into the time of qualitatively rivalize from quantitatively rivalize.As the core technique of iron and steel industry, the improve of casting technique is the life-force and future of the steel enterprises.The Dynamic Soft Reduction control technique is the representative of modern control technique, it is progressing in the world.How to use this technique is going to be the trend of the time.On the background of Tianjin Iron&Steel Group Co.,Ltd.and based on a quantity of relevant bibliographies, this paper summarizes the development of the Dynamic Soft Reduction control technique,and base on Liquid-Core Position Prediction, to search how to control the reduction parameters of Dynamic Soft Reduction. The paper mainly completes the following aspects:(1) In the basis of analysis of the Dynamic Soft Reduction, the model of Dynamic Soft Reduction control ie set up, and the ascope of the analysis for Dynamic Soft Reduction is given.(2) The critical factor for determining liquid-core position, such as casting velocity fluctuation and tundish temperature variation, are analyzed quantitatively. The predictive models of liquid-core position are proposed. The predictive results are verified to be reasonable and effective.(3) Research the key technical parameters of dynamic soft reduction technology for continuous casting. How to calculate and control them. By analyzing the field control in No.4casting machine control system of Tianjin Iron&Steel Group Co.,Ltd., the conclusion of dynamic soft reduction its advantage are drawn.
