In this thesis, based on the characteristics of chitosan and nano TiO2, CoTNPc-TiO2/CS composite microsphere was prepared by emulsifying crosslinking method. Through the characterization methods of UV-Vis/DRS, XRD, IR and SEM, its structural composite was deeply studied, and the material property was preliminarily determined. With difficult to degradation of azo dye wastewater4BS as the research object, the adsorption and degradation performance of compound microsphere were deeply studied, the optimal preparation and reaction condition of compound material were systematically analyzed, and the photocatalytic degradation reaction dynamics equation and the correlation coefficient of CoTNPc-TiO2/CS microsphere were established. Conclusions were shown as follow:1. In preparation process of CoTNPc-TiO2/CS composite microsphere by emulsifying crosslinking method, there are optimal preparation conditions:the ratio of curing agent and CS solution volume is1:1.5, the ratio of crosslinking agent and CS solution volume is1:20, Span80accounted for8%of the oil phase volume, control of Stirring speed is800r/min. In this condition, it is observed that microsphere have good dispersibiiity, uniform distribution, high balling rate, uniform size, average size of60μm, single size of5μm. The CoTNPc-TiO2of Composite material of mineral phase was changed with different temperature, from amorphous to anatase. In preparation process of CoTNPc-TiO2, CoTNPc is dispersed to composite material with the form of molecular.The doped CoTNPc expands the visible light absorption range of material, so as to improve the photocatalytic activity.2.When CoTNPc-TiO2/CS composite microsphere on the adsorption4BS have the best effect,there are optimal reaction conditions:4BS initial concentration50mg/L, adsorbent dosage0.6g/L, pH=8.8, adsorption temperature293k, reaction60minutes reach the adsorption equilibrium rate of88.5%.3.CoTNPc-TiO2of composite microsphere has optimal preparation conditions,and microsphere of visible light catalytic degradation has also best reaction conditions:4BS initial concentration100mg/L, CoTNPc doping quantity for1wt%, calcination1.5hours under400℃,composite catalyst dosage0.4g/L, pH=5, the CoTNPc-TiO2content of composite microsphere for23%, reaction60minutes reach the degradation rate of99%; Composite catalyst has excellent reuse performance.Degradation rate reduces25%after5times of catalyst reuse.4. According to the change concentration of4BS under the optimal degradation reaction condition, the dynamics equation and related coefficient were established, dynamics equation is y=-0.0148x+0.4820, and kinetics reaction is first-order reaction, the correlation coefficient for R=-0.9959;...
