Nowadays, there are many ways to measure the space axes angles. Research on the hollow cylinder tube with two holes distributed on the upper surface, the measurement of space angles formed by the central axis of the tube and the central axes of the two holes is expounded and verified in detail in this thesis. On the basis of analysis of workpiece mechanical structure, proposes a method which uses laser and array CCD imaging to judge the displacement. The specific positioning of the spot center is achieved and the displacement deviation is determined through the laser spot image processing and sub-pixel ellipse-fitting algorithm, which provides reliable data for the angle measurement. It is proved that the method can accomplish the accurate measurement of space axes angle of the machined workpiece. The error is less than1.5’by calculating, which meets the testing requirements of less than5.0’. The supporting measuring devices applying the above-mentioned measurement method have replaced the traditional plug gauge method, make batch detection in the production line possible, and set quantitative criteria for the measurement as well. |
