The technology of full aperture polishing and small tool correcting polishing is raised by the processing to K9, ZF7flat convex aspherical lenses. And it offsets the surface profile error through the grinding’s compensation and making the single-factor experiment to grinding and polishing’s prominent technological parameters, discuss the relationship between these parameters and surface profile error. Including the errors of the wheel,wheel speed selection, feed rate selection and small-tools size selection, polishing pressure selection and so on. After optimize the process flow, the component’s profile accuracy(PV) could be up to a moderate level of0.49um. Therefore, a high efficiency, a low cost and reproducible Nc aspherical lapping method were summarized. This method can realize small and medium-caliber aspherical elements rapid processing.
