| This article has mainly conducted comprehensive environmental impact assessment study on the Construction Projects of Green Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd. Siping. The impact of the pollutant in this project has been predicted. Accordingly project characteristics, fully considering the environmental characteristics and environmental status of areas, based on depth analysis of the pollution situation in the project, accordance with the provision methods and models in technical guidelines for environmental impact assessment.The corresponding pollution control measures has been proposed by combined with the overall development planning and environmental protection planning of the area, implementationing the principles of cleaner production, pollutant discharge standards and total control.Surface water environment quality of evaluation area was monitorred, the pH was7.56and the concentrations of COD, petroleum material, NH3-N, BOD5, volatile phenol were58mg/L,0.03mg/L,3.22mg/L,11.50mg/L,0.0122mg/L respectively. Combining the characteristics of the construction project of solid waste and waste water, under the characteristics of solid waste and waste water of this project, installing biogas to treat farm manure and waste water has been recommended. Biogas project can achieve the comprehensive utilization of biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residue with good environmental, economic and social benefits. the feasibility of this project has been argued from the environmental point of view. |
