ZnSe factors to the physical and chemical properties are widely used in the field of semiconductor, Application and preparation of ZnSe into film through infrared material, thin-film solar cell is the focus of this study.For the preparation of the ZnSe thin film evenly, strive to make the Zn/Se to1:1, cemical stability.ZnSe thin film material has a variety of preparation methods, Such as MBE,CVD etc. This experiment adopt the electro chemical deposition method (ECD), under the condition of constant current density, deposition of ZnSe thin film on host material, to explore respectively change electric heavy fluid zinc ions and selenium acid radical ion concentration ratio, pH, speed on the influence of ZnSe thin film preparation.Studies have shown that,Zn2+/Se032-is100:1, current density of0.0004A/dm2, temperature is45℃,pH=3, the speed of800r/min, deposition time2h, the effect of thin film preparation is the best.
