Laser heat treatment technology is the emergence and development of a new technology in twentieth Century, It has many common heat treatment does not have characteristic. The aluminum bronze alloy is a novel copper alloy. Its mechanical properties significant due to the brass and tin bronze as expensive metal alternatives are widely used in automotive、 marine、 aerospace and other fields. The literature review found that the country、 outside the less research casting aluminum bronze alloy laser heat treatment after microstructure and hardness.In this paper, By using two alloying elements10-3-2cast aluminum bronze alloy samples laser heat treatment, and named them sample1and sample2respectively. Using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy(SEM)、energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and micro hardness tester comparative research and analysis of the sample laser heat treatment before and after the organizational structure、 phase and comprehensive mechanical properties.The analysis results show that (1) the content of each element in the alloy different laser heat treatment of each phase of the ratio of content of the overall mechanical properties great influence;(2) the laser heat treatment effect is very obvious grain refinement of the aluminum bronze alloy samples;(3) before the laser heat treatment, after the microstructure comparison found that the laser heat treatment of each phase in the matrix display uniform distribution effect is very obvious.
