With the development of domestic production and technology of incineration,waste incineration has gradually become the city life garbage disposal selectinggarbage. Because lack of experience, the depth of understanding about the life oflandfill leachate water quality is not enough, around the incineration plant leachatetreatment project widespread high investment cost, high operation cost, operationstability. Water production can not meet the the level of dischargingstandard("integrated wastewater discharge standard")(GB8978‐1996). In view of this,this subject adopts "pretreatment+UASB+AO/MBR+NF" system for treatment ofmunicipal solid waste incineration plant leachate, and optimizes the system, to find themethod to solve the above problems. The main results include the following aspects:(1)Different seasons, leachate volume is also different. Generally in summer,leachate volume for living is about17%, in winter it is about11%, mainly due to thesummer rainfall. Seasonal changes in water quality of leachate infiltration is not big, insummer fruit waste is too much.(2)Debugging UASB system lasted78days, gradually increase the amount of water,after the running time of a year we discover: UASB reactor in treatment of leachate,organic load at2.79kgCOD/(m~3d) to6.84kgCOD/(m~3d) between fluctuations,although larger fluctuations, but the system is still in normal operation, the removalrate of COD is always maintained at above80%, confirmed by UASB reactor intreatment of landfill leachate is a very good choice.(3)A/O membrane systems, sludge concentration is maintained at8000~12000mg/L, dissolved oxygen control above1mg/L. By running a year of practice proved that,the system can run well, on the COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached70%and98%respectively.(4)The membrane is used by GE film, in the treatment of landfill leachate of wasteincineration plant, the removal rate of COD can reach88%~95%, the removal rate ofammonia nitrogen in55%~70%. In daily operation, especially the system operation isabnormal, should pay attention to clean the membrane system in time.(5)This research project, the total investment is about10billion RMB, tons of water cost is about50thousand RMB, the daily tons of water cost is about17.34RMBper m~3(excluding depreciation), it’s below the average cost of the current25~30RMBper m~3.The research shows that, by using "pretreatment+UASB+AO/MBR+NF" system fortreatment of municipal solid waste incineration plant leachate effluent can reach,"integrated wastewater discharge standard"(GB8978‐1996) standard.
