Shearer Rocker Gearbox Fault Diagnosis System Based On DSP And ZigBee

Shearer rocker gearbox is a key component of shearer be mechanized mining, it providetraction to shearer. Therefore, real-time online monitoring and fault diagnosis of the shearerrocker gear box for coal production of vital economic and security implications.Due to the experimental conditions, and laboratory gearbox and shearer rocker gearboxhas the similar operation mechanism. So, laboratory gearbox is a research subjects in thisthesis, based on DSP-TMS320F28335as main control chip embedded fault diagnosis centermodule and ZigBee-CC2530as main control chip of wireless communication module,developed an online real-time embedded remote fault diagnosis system.The embedded remote fault system will integrated signal acquisition, data preprocessing,eigenvalue extraction and recognition integrated neural network fault diagnosis in oneembedded in DSP hardware platform, and using ZigBee module will identify classificationdiagnosis of wireless transmission to the terminal control center, the realization of the systemof remote fault diagnosis. The remote fault diagnosis system of neural network model basedon Matlab model design, the collected samples of the signal is preprocessing (filter and FFTtransform), and the pre-processed signal is extracted the characteristic value, take advantageof the Matlab neural network toolbox for network training, extracted threshold and weight,build neural network model in Simulink, and will be embedded in DSP embedded system, andtake advantage of the mode to diagnose and identify the fault. DSP embedded fault diagnosiscenter module and the ZigBee wireless communication module are independent of each other,they send data through a serial port interface SCI. The remote fault diagnosis system withsignal acquisition, data storage, fault identification, classification, and wirelesscommunications, and other functions.
