Freezing time has an important impact on the aquatic products quality and processing ofsuitable freezing medium and refrigeration systems have a significant impact on the qualityof aquatic products and their processing energy consumption. This paper outlines the basicprinciples of keeping aquatic products fresh and the latest freezing technology developments. According to current situation where there is limited specialized refrigeration systems foraquatic cold warehouse, but also put forward the design of aquatic cold storage refrigeration systems, computing, equipment selection and a series of frozen aquatic products processing for the cooling system, combined with Zhejiang Daishan fish cold storage equipment reasonably calculated selection. Meanwhile, in order to verify the effect of different aquaticmedium temperature refrigeration, has conducted experiments about fish freezing medium,get a relatively inexpensive high-quality frozen medium. Using three different mass ratios (1:1,1:2,1:4) mixed solution of alcohol and water as a cooling medium, fresh frozen seafood. And through different mass ratio of water to alcohol mixed solution under cooling mediaanalysis and comparison of experimental results, obtained optimum cooling performance, the price of the cheapest alcohol mixed solution of water cooling media, stating that such a cooling medium in the cooling of frozen fish processes and aquatic production, processing ofgreat significance and significant advantages.1.Computed the aquatic products of cold storage refrigeration systems and selected theequipment. Confirm the compressor, condenser, evaporator, exhaust pipes and otherauxiliary equipment. Completed the structure of fish cold storage refrigeration systemdesign, and ensure the viability of the significant advantages of cold storage refrigerationsystem running smoothly.2.The mass ratio of the alcohol to the solution from different frozen fish experimentalresults can be seen, the mass ratio of1:2aqueous ethanol in the first stage in which the fishis the fastest cooling rate and the final freezing temperature is the lowest.
