ZnFe2O4and Zn2SnO4nano-particles were prepared by sol-gel auto-combustion methodand hydrothermal method,respectively.The relationship of crystal phase composition,particle size and crystal appearance was studied by ICP,XRD and TEM to obtain the besttechnology parameters.The prepared ZnFe2O4and Zn2SnO4were applied to photo catalyticdegradation of Methyl orange.Finally,these two nano-particles have been used for dopinginto polymer electrolyte PEO-2000,respectively,to improve the electric conductivity andcomprehensive performance.The results indicated that the ZnFe2O4calcinated at400℃for2h prepared with PH of4-5were pure spinel structure and the average size was about10nm.ZnFe2O4powders weresynthesized directly.The zinc-iron citrate precursor was thermally decomposed,and thennon-crystalline decomposition formed ZnFe2O4with spinel-type structure immediately.TheZn2SnO4synthesized at200℃for20h with PH of11were pure anti-spinel structure and theaverage size was about20nm.The photo catalytic degradation rate were98.5%and95%after being irradiated for4h.The optimum amounts of catalyst are100mg to degradate500mL methyl orange solutionof10mg/L.ZnFe2O4and Zn2SnO4nano-particles have been used for doping into polymerelectrolyte PEO-2000,respectively.Electrochemistry analysis shows that the electricconductivity can reach0.062S/cm and0.656S/cm.After doping,the mechanical propertiesand processing performance of the composite materials have improved....
