Research And Design Of Coal Inventory Intelligent Management System Based On The Internet Of Things Technology

The intelligent inventory management system in coal mine based on the IOT technology has accumulated some experience for the early realization of smart coal mine which integrates the automatic identification technology, network communication technology, sensor technology, modern control technology, computer technology, the graphics technology.Through the study of the IOT technology and SOA technology, this paper design integration schemes about RFID middleware and inventory management system based on Web service technology. This integration solution can integrate many different application systems which are distributed in a heterogeneous environment. In addition, with the help of encapsulating some services of the system, simplifies the system structure and enhance the fast response for the business. At the same time, the combination of RFID automatic identification and ZigBee short distance wireless transmission technology, the system can achieve the automatic identification of huge amounts of data, the reliable transmission and effective data processing. And with the help of GPS positioning, GIS geographic information processing and GPRS wireless communication technology, we can achieve real-time tracking and positioning goods which are on the way and make enterprise inventory management more intelligent.By combining the IOT technology with the present situation of the enterprise inventory management, the article designs the overall architecture of intelligent mine inventory management system based on the IOT technology, and then makes a detailed introduction and analysis about some business processes of the inventory management, including storage, library, check, etc. According to the business processes of inventory management, designs the overall database structure and functional modules of the system. At the same time, the article elaborates the functions about the main function modules of the system in detail, which includes basic information management, storage management, warehouse management, checking management, inventory Analysis management, integrated query management, report management, system management and so on. To fully presents the design scheme of the system, and reflects the intelligent level of the coal inventory management. At the same time, the paper comes up with the next research directions, then provides a certain reference for the construction of intelligent mine.
