| In recent years,with the future development of China's reform and opening up and the deepening reform of market economy,global competitiveness of Chinese enterprises has intensified.Inventory is not a new problem for Chinese companies.Due to lack of sufficient understanding,many Chinese corporate managements only focus on local benefits and market share,but pay no attention to inventory issues and supply chain issues,the inventory management levels of most Chinese companies are far from excellent enterprises in developed countries in Europe and America.In traditional production management of manufacturing,inventory is seen as a lubrication of production process.No matter which part in supply chain gets a problem,they will always ease it by taking measures on inventory.In their opinion,the higher the turnover inventory is,the easier to solve the delivery problem.However,it is believed by lean production management theories that the existence of inventory conceals the problems in operation management,which makes enterprises reduce the motivation in management innovation and improvement.This article is from the view of HZ company's inventory structure,production model and demand management,meanwhile,combine theory with practice to find and solve the key issues in its inventory management process,thus reduce its inventory,increase its inventory turnover rate,and enhance its competitiveness by taking advantage of the analysis on cost and service level and using relevant knowledge of supply chain management and inventory management.Through the diagnosis and improvement of HZ company's inventory problem,we can seek inventory management mode and method based on electric spindle production which will provide theoretical and application basis for inventory management of China's machine tool core parts manufacturing industry.At the same time,the research conclusions of this thesis also have a certain reference significance for the discrete manufacturing industry dominated by machining in China. |
