China is the origin of Chinese medicine which has a history Of5000years. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional Chinese medicine extracting method, we have been looking for a new detection method.This research mainly wants to discuss in the extraction process and the method of detection, extraction process of the establishment of standards and do some work. China chrysanthemum yield and scale is gradually expanding, the production and sales volume accounted for more than18%of the total global chrysanthemum. In addition, the chrysanthemum has very high medicinal value:some for medicinal or Relieves summer heat and cool drinks such as Chu Ju, Hang Baiju, have cool and calm down skin, headache, dizziness, blood pressure of hyperthyroidism, nervous headache and eye conjunctivitis. Modern pharmacological researches show that the main active ingredient of chrysanthemum is volatile oil, flavonoids and parthenolide.Volatile oil, flavonoids in chrysanthemum has many papers had reported. The study on the basis of previous studies, the chrysanthemum extract conditions and testing methods were studied. Takes parthenolide as investigation target, the chrysanthemum extraction conditions were optimized by single factor method, and adjust the detection method, and to determine the best extraction process of chrysanthemum and parthenolide and detection method. This study in three species of chrysanthemum(Gongju、Boju、Chuju) as the object of study, this study mainly investigated the extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, extraction of factors solvent concentration, extraction temperature on extraction result, and also studies the method for detection of parthenolide, mainly inspects the chromatographic column, the detection wavelength, temperature detection factors.The results showed that parthenolide content was higher by the method of ultrasonic extraction for15minutes with10-fold methanol as extraction solvent. The ingredients in the extract were separated better under the test method taking C18column as analytical column, acetonitrile-water (50:50V:V) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength at205nm and column temperature at room temperature. The method is stable and feasible, providing a reference for the development and utilization of parthenolide.Parthenolide content extraction Gongju0.46%. Under the same conditions the extraction rate of extraction and ultrasonic extraction of chrysanthemum of parthenolide was significantly higher than that of common solvent method.The extraction temperature, extraction time, ratio of material to liquid, solvent concentration, extraction times will influence on ultrasonic extraction of parthenolide of chrysanthemum. Increasing the amount of solvent, extraction time, solvent concentration, extraction times increase will be beneficial to increase the extraction rate of parthenolide, On the contrary, the extraction rate increased extraction temperature will reduce the parthenolide.Parthenolide content extraction Boju0.21%parthenolide content extraction Chuju0.28%. There are significant differences in content of parthenolide, Analysis of the reasons may be due to different planting environment, the local varieties of chrysanthemum degradation, and chrysanthemum acquisition process caused by different.All told, extraction of parthenolide ultrasonic immersion extraction, under the same conditions, can save the amount of solvent, time-saving, high efficiency, higher yield to; the ultrasonic immersion extraction, extraction temperature is not high, not destroy in the chrysanthemum with medicinal components of thermal instability; extraction pressure, good safety, simple operation, convenient maintenance;high extraction efficiency, extraction technology and low cost, this method is a method for extracting reliable.
