In today’s society, energy crisis, food shortages, environmental pollution isworsening, people have been exploring the development of new energy sources, fuelethanol came into being, but in times of food shortages, the basic conditions for theproduction of fuel ethanol, the lack of research and development use fiber qualityraw materials to produce fuel ethanol is the direction we’re working on, in line withthe principles of this paper combines the theory and practice of production, bycomparing the old and new technology, from the tray structure, feeding position,power transmission systems, and other aspects of the feed situation describedCOFCO Bio-Energy Co. Zhaodong cellulosic ethanol distillation system energyconsumption, and then analyzes their causes. Distillation column distillation systemand the whole structure transformation.Energy conservation is under the guidance of some of the advanced technology,fewer, more efficient use of energy, rather than simply using less, not energy. Itsessence is inseparable from the advanced technology, the main significance is toimprove the effectiveness of the use of energy, so that the same amount of energythat can provide more uses for human society, that is to reduce energy consumptionper unit of product, increase the number of products produced the strengthening toimprove product quality. Saving potential has two meanings, one is to reduce theuse of, the second is used effectively. To save energy, the project mainly from thefollowing aspects distillation system designed to reduce energy consumption:1,optimize tray structure, optimize the feed location, reducing energy demanddistillation system itself;2, reduce equipment wear and tear, reduce equipment costs. Reflux for4, combined with actual production to improve productionprocesses to optimize the feed temperature, reducing the distillation of;3, takeadvantage of the energy consumption of the distillation process itself, that make fulluse of exhaust heat distillation system itself, or the distillation system itself is theleast energy loss ratio and other parameters;5, to improve the effectiveness of thedistillation system thermodynamics five aspects of the distillation energy systemtransformation, and the expected results for the future production of energy ready.
