Automobile oxygen sensor for automotive exhaust gas system is an important device, wherein the slurry is prepared flat key preparation automobile oxygen sensor device, the impact effect of a screen printing paste and the electrical properties of the sintered lot. To obtain good printing properties and electrical properties of the paper pulp slurry in the volatile organic carrier solvent properties, the selection and amount of additives, the rheological properties of the slurry,the electrode slurry and the insulating paste of the phase function exploration was researched.Volatile organic solvent was obtained by the experiment than single carrier solvent is a mixed solvent, a mixed solvent of terpineol, butyl carbitol, tributyl citrate, and phthalic acid butyl charting the ester,two respective45wt%of the total solvent,45wt%, while possible to5wt%,5wt%non-volatile at room temperature and easy to storage. At150℃-200℃easily volatilizes when the slurry is beneficial rapid evaporation during the drying process to shorten the processing time while not changing fast volatilization of the remaining slurry viscosity and fluidity. Test the viscosity of the slurry obtained was added ethyl cellulose, rheological properties of the dispersion agent, a thixotropic agent, and optimum content of the slurry, paste suitable for screen printing in the viscosity range of200Pas-260pas. By differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was studied by means of insulated flat oxygen sensor electrode paste and paste functions influence of phase composition ratio in the sintered microstructure and electrical properties of the slurry obtained in the insulation glass frit added features with pure zirconia can promote sintering properties of the insulating layer, but the content of glass powder and pure zirconia can not be added too much, otherwise it will affect the insulating effect of the insulating layer. Content porous Pt/YSZ electrode Pt layer performance of resistance decisive influence. Pt content is too small, the electrode resistance increases, the probability increases and the circuit fails; Pt content is excessive, the film would not achieve the effect of enhancing the electrical properties, and also a waste of Pt, increases the production cost of electrode paste. Pt particles finer firing electrode film resistance is smaller, more stable electrical performance. The experiment with the phase function of an electrode diameter of0.1umPt temperature sintering of the powder to meet the requirements and the quality Pt/YSZ ratio of2.13is close to the optimum ratio.The research results for the sintering properties of the insulating paste electrode paste and reduce production costs provide valuable information, through the slurry from the performance of the laboratory testing proved laboratory oxygen sensor sensor prepared to meet the requirements.
