Aluminum reduction cell is the core equipment in the process of industrial aluminum production. The whole process of aluminum elcctrolysis are conducted in aluminum reduction cell, so that, the operating state of aluminum tank whether are in good condition is critical for electrolytic aluminum. The anode current is the important parameters in the process of aluminum elcctrolysis. It has important significance that monitor the production process of electrolytic aluminum in real time.In this paper, we design the anode current monitoring system with DSP28335as the core processor. This system includes data collection and data analysis. The hardware system with DSP as the core, include multi-channel analog switch, signal processing, data disply, serial prot communication. The anode current data are analyed by FFT arithmetic in the DSP chip and transmitted to the PC through the RS232serial port. We use the VC++6.0and SQL Server2008develop the PC system, its function contains data display, wavefrom display, spectrun display, data storage, historical data query. In this paper, we discusses the hardware and software of the system design methods and steps in detial.After debugging, this system can collect multi-channel current signal in real time, can chose any one channel signal as the object to analyse. Pc system can complete data display, storage, query and spectrum analysis.
