China was the agricultural powerhouse and straw resources one of the richestcountries, with the development of society, straw considerable overcapacity problemshave become increasingly prominent agricultural producing areas, farmers burnedstraw waste of resources and environmental pollution brought about by, attracted theattention of the whole society.How to straw resources utilization, avoid directpollution from burning, became one of the focus of environmentalists.In recently years,Polymer/nanocomposites has been widely used.Nano-particle hasa small size but a large surface,which makes it prone to reunite themselves.It affectsthe application seriously.The most important thing to make polymer/nanocompositesis to study the principle of dispersion of nano-particle and how nano-particle canachive a good distribution in the polymers.And it has a directly impact on polymerperformance.This paper studies Laponite,which is a man-made nanoparticle,and weparepared AMIMCl/Laponite dispersion,DMAC/Laponite dispersion,and on this basiswe prepared MCC/Laponite,MCC/PVA/Laponite,PMMA/Laponite nanocomposites.We study the structure and dispertion by UV-Vis,SEM,XRD,FTIR.We also study thethermal stability and mechanical properties by TGA,DMA and tensile machine.Theresults of this paper is as follows:1.We decrease the viscocity of AMIMCl by DMSO,and prepared theAMIMCl/Laponite dipersion,then MCC/Laponite has been prepared.Thenanocomposite did not decresed the light transmittance of MCC,and the mechanicalproperties and thermal stability has been increased.2.We prepared DMAC/water and Laponite/water dispersion used water ascovalent.Then,we mixed them and get out of the water to get DMAC/waterdispersion.Then PMMA/Laponite has been prepared.The results show that thenanocomposite can keep the light transmittance of pure PMMA.The mechanicalproperties and thermal stability has been increase.
