Through analysis of the domestic and foreign leakage diffusion model, this article determines a more appropriate model. PHAST software was fit with leakage analysis of LOX, LIN and LAr. Through PHAST, this article analyze leakage condition of3000m3in liquid oxygen tank,1000m3liquid nitrogen tank and500m3liquid argon tank which were the storage area for the largest ASU’s production in China. This article evaluated all parameters in the worst scenario. Analysis and evaluate the risk of asphyxiation, oxygen enrichment and cryogen and so on. Through thermal diffusion formula PHAST software simulated maximum storage tank leaks, the cryogenic liquid gas liquid pool depth does not exceed0.4m height. The cofferdam height of storage tank area needn’t to consult the fire dike lm height requirement of oil tank. All equipments’foundation in storage area were the same. At the same time, according to the diffusion model, conditions of climate and catastrophic tank area were analyzed, this article identify the influence range of the worst. Provide the data support and base standard or the implementation of emergency response, emergency rescue for the surrounding flammable and explosive substances storage safety.
