The development of social economy and social productivity are directly restricted by the oil resources. How to obtain the oil from natural world efficiently has became a hot spot of research. The key problem is Upgrading the technology of oil drilling equipment. Drilling machinery automation system is the most important part of drilling platform, it helps the whole system work stably. The oversea research on this system started early and developed well. The domestic research started later and technology drop behind. So far the ZJ50D land rig drilling machine contains too many automatic operating system units, large volume and not convenient to transport and install. It is also have a problem that it is easily damaged by the overload of force comes from the process of chaining. In this article we do the research, according to the basic research of ZJ50D type drilling machine, by adopting the combination of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation method, from the following aspects:1. Take the ZJ50D type drilling machine work requirement and technical parameter as research objects, and simplify the system equipment to improve the existed automatic drilling machine operating system, and then use the software Pro/ENGINEER to establish the whole3D model. Set up the3D model of improved key institutions, at last, the working process of the improved system are introduced in detail.2. Designing of the drill pipe thread load compensating mechanism, a three-dimensional model was established, and give the description of function of mechanism. On this basis, useing bidirectional scan algorithm, established and calculated the mathematical model of the velocity constraint mechanism. Then by means of the digital simulation analyzed by Matlab on the mechanism of running speed, the final velocity data obtained after optimization.3. Analyze the force of improved mechanism, and establish the static equation. Based on the equation, then get the system theoretical basis for the selection of material and driving system. By using the software of ANSYS model the strength, stiffness analysis, and get the stress distribution and deformation cloud model, then verify the reliability of mechanism design.4. Simplify the mast walking device model of improved vertical drill pipe operating system, and using D-H coordinate method set up kinematical equation of the model, then solve jacobian matrix on the basis of forward and backward kinematics analysis. Get the velocity and acceleration curve of mechanism by analysis simulation of Adams, which verify the feasibility of improved design of system. 5. Using lagrangian method build the dynamics equation of simplified system model, and calculate the equation, then receive the output force of each joint. Analyze the reasonable working process of the system compared with the operation result, and then choose and design the driving system based on the working process.
